LEARN ABOUT MY PROJECT

    Soft robot is a fresh and innovative research domain of robot design. The robot made of soft material has more agility, more adaptability and more resilience than conventional hard robot. Our research focuses on the shape transformation of soft materials, such as PDMS, TPU, silicon elastomer. Moreover, we use various way to actuate the transformation of soft material. For example, electricity, pneumatic, temperature and shape memory alloy. We hope to find new applications of soft material transformation.
